Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Mo Social, you will own client relationships and content execution for some of our most exciting lifestyle, hospitality, and wellness brands. This role blends creativity and organization: you’ll lead client communication, manage content calendars, and ensure that every deliverable is strategic, on-brand, and polished.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior managers on strategy and creative development while owning day-to-day client communication, calendar execution, and approvals.
Responsibilities
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Build strong relationships through clear communication, thoughtful updates, and reliable follow-through.
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Format captions, apply hashtags, and QA all content before delivery.
Contribute creative ideas and trend-driven recommendations.
Support photoshoots: align shot lists, help direct visual flow, and capture BTS or Reels clips.
Partner with the Creative Strategy Lead to align content with client brand goals and performance insights.
Collaborate with the Production Lead to ensure final deliverables are on-brand, polished, and ready for publishing.
Project Management
Use Later to schedule and publish client content.
Track deadlines and keep projects on pace.
Manage client approvals and feedback loops.
Analytics & Growth
Review monthly analytics and flag key insights, trends, and opportunities.
Share reports with clients and collaborate with senior team members on performance-driven recommendations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Delegate tasks to an Account Assistant, including scheduling, uploads, and backend logistics.
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to support their growth and confidence.
Work cross-functionally to meet deadlines and respond to client feedback efficiently.

Requirements
Must be based in Atlanta and available for in-office work Tuesday–Thursday, with occasional Monday, Friday, or evening shoots.
1–2 years of social media management experience (agency or brand-side).
Strong creative skills in editing video for reels via CapCut, InShot, or a similar platform.
Proficiency with Later (or similar scheduling platforms).
Super organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Strong creative instincts and strategic thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable and confident in client-facing roles.
Comfortable leading client calls, approvals, and feedback conversations.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
Influencer outreach or campaign coordination.
Knowledge of paid social ad setup and management.
Newsletter or email marketing platform experience.
